Luis joined NS Partners in 2024 and is responsible for research and stock selection in Latin America, Middle East and Africa.

He began his career in Brazil at Angra Partners as an investment banking and private equity analyst in 2003, before moving to Banco Fator and Sul America as a fund manager. Prior to joining NS Partners, Luis was co-portfolio manager for the Barings Latin American equity fund in London.

Luis earned a BSc degree in Business from Fundacao Getulio Vargas and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
